* Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives.
* Design comprehensive training curricula covering various aspects of Service Now, including administration, development, and implementation.
* Develop training materials such as presentations, manuals, exercises, and assessments.
* Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions through various mediums, including instructor-led classes, webinars, and self-paced e-learning modules.
* Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
* Conduct hands-on workshops and simulations to reinforce learning and practical application of Service Now concepts.
* Customize training programs to align with specific organizational requirements and workflows.
* Tailor training content to address the needs of different departments and job roles, such as IT administrators, developers, and end-users.
* Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics.
* Continuously improve training materials and methodologies based on feedback and industry best practices.
* Apply change management principles to Service Now platform implementations, guiding stakeholders, and users through the change process to minimize resistance and maximize adoption.
* Develop change management strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement tactics tailored to each phase of the Service Now deployment lifecycle.
Salary Range $120,000-$140,000 year
