Testing, Go-Live & Stabilization

* Own UAT planning and execution from a business and operational perspective.

* Define readiness criteria, manage defect resolution, and lead business sign-off.

* Lead go-live decisioning and early production stabilization, ensuring controlled transition to BAU.

Stakeholder & Client Leadership

* Serve as the primary execution contact for clients during implementation.

* Partner with Fund Accounting, Treasury, Product, and Technology to manage delivery risk.
