Overview
Data Systems Administrator (226 Days) - ( RTP )
Responsibilities- Design and deliver innovative data management, data reporting and data visualization, including development, deployment and utilization of technologies supporting the Payroll Business Services department.
- Perform unit testing and assist with the testing and training process in conjunction with interested parties.
- Design and develop ad-hoc reporting for the Payroll Business Services department to identify any possible process or data issues.
- Design and deliver innovative data management, data reporting and data visualization, including development, deployment and utilization of technologies supporting the Finance & Accounting Services Division.
- Design, develop, enhance and maintain Data Warehouse and Dashboards supporting all HR, Payroll, Time and Labor.
- Monitor Oracle Payroll patches and evaluate the impact of each patch on Payroll and other Oracle systems.
- Work with Functional, Technical, and DBA groups for proper testing and deployment of Payroll patches.
- Customize KBACE standard reports to accommodate Payroll analysts’ reporting needs.
- Detect, research and assist with the resolution of problems in Finance and Payroll if needed.
- Assist with the collection of required documentation for audits and/or public information requests.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from an accredited university required.
- Ten or more years of direct experience in Oracle Enterprise.
- Ten or more years of direct experience with Data Warehouse Design.
- Ten or more years of direct experience in development of Decision Support Systems.
- Extensive technical and functional knowledge, including managing Descriptive and Key Flex Fields, Enterprise Structures, Enterprise HCM & Payroll information, Oracle Time and Labor, and Finance modules.
- Possess programming skills to design and deliver innovative data management, data reporting and data visualization tools, including development, deployment and utilization of technologies.
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle EBS processes, database, and database entities and their relationships for the purpose of correct data extraction.
- Ability to design complex Data Warehouse and Data Marts in support of Decision Support System.
- Expert level knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
