As VP Digital Sales Transformation, you will lead the definition, alignment and deployment of digital sales strategies that enable a world-class hybrid customer journey. Does this sound exciting? If so, please apply today!

In your new role you will:

  • Lead the definition, alignment and deployment of digital sales strategies that enable a world-class hybrid customer journey.
  • Lead the design and rollout of an e-commerce platform and self-service portals for channel partners and direct customers.
  • Drive the digitalization of sales processes and customer engagement platforms across the Market-to-Business process framework and along the entire customer journey.
  • Drive change management efforts and new ways of working including training, communication, user support as well as rewards & KPIs.
  • Design and execute pilot programs that leverage AI, predictive analytics, and automation to improve customer & sales support and insights.
  • Partner with IT, DCI and Business Departments to roll out new tools and systems that enable sales teams to operate more efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Segments, DEM, Divisions and regional sales &marketing leaders to reshape go-to-market strategies using data, automation, and AI.
  • Track adoption metrics and continuously improve sales tools based on feedback and performance.
  • Collaborate with G2M Academy & other functions to train teams on new sales systems and tools.
  • Serve as the internal advocate for digital sales transformation and customer-centric innovation.
  • Champion customer experience innovation through digital touchpoints,configurators, portals, and real-time support tools.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in sales transformation, digital strategy, or commercial excellence in B2B tech or semiconductors.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, SAP, Power BI/Tableau, CPQsystems, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Excellent communication, change leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise sales systems and digital engagement models.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
  • Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through digital programs.
  • Understanding of semiconductor sales cycles, go-to-market models, and channel dynamics.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred, technical or engineering background a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time
