Spectrum Search has partnered with a top client for an SAP FICO Specialist. This company is a global organization that is rolling out SAP S/4

HANA and searching for a Financial Accounting & Controlling professional to help shape and optimize their enterprise systems.

• Play a key role in rolling out and maintaining the FICO module in S/4
  
  HANA
• Hybrid schedule – 3 days in office / 2 days remote
• Fast‑growing, acquisition‑driven environment with constant innovation

• Lead and support finance‑focused SAP initiatives throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Design, configure, and refine FICO processes using S/4
  
  HANA best practices
• Create functional specs for WRICEF objects
• Support testing, migration, training, go‑live, and post‑launch improvements
• Collaborate with global IT and cross‑functional teams across Finance, Operations, and more

• Strong communication skills in English
• Minimum 2+ full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations
• Experience with EBS, cash management, and bank setup
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• An SAP FICO certification would be great to have as well.

This role will occasionally travel to Dallas, TX for training.

This role will be paid in pesos and will be the equivalent of $50k-$75k USD.
