We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who’s excited to learn, create, and help tell the Sammons story across digital channels.
** How You’ll Make a Difference
** You’ll play a meaningful role in how our brand shows up—writing clear, compelling content, supporting creative campaigns, and helping connect our teams and customers through thoughtful digital marketing. Your work will support growth, strengthen relationships, and ensure our message stays consistent, human, and true to who we are.
** What You’ll Do
*** Create and execute digital marketing campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and qualified leads and design and deliver marketing tools such as brochures, banners, and videos to support the sales team
* Write and manage content for emails, social media, and internal communications that feel clear, helpful, and on-brand
* Support paid search and social efforts by monitoring performance and helping optimize results
* Collaborate across teams to keep campaigns aligned, organized, and moving forward
* Implement systems and tools to improve asset organization and improve marketing efficiency
** What You’ll Bring
*** Strong writing skills and a natural ability to create clear, engaging content for both internal teams and external audiences
* A solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including social media management, email marketing, and SEM/SEO/AEO best practices
* Experience using CRM-based Google Analytics and marketing tools such as Constant Contact and Salesforce to support segmentation, targeted campaigns, and performance tracking (Dynamics 365 preferred)
* Working knowledge of graphic design tools, with experience in Adobe Creative Suite preferred and an eye for clean, on-brand visuals
