We are seeking a seasoned Industry Consulting Business Consultant with deep expertise in the Life Insurance and Annuities domain, specifically within the U.S. market.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in data mapping, migration, and architecture efforts, supporting end-to-end policy lifecycle processes and ensuring seamless integration across systems.

• Provide domain expertise in Life Insurance and Annuities for the U.S. market.
• Support end-to-end life policy cycle processes and transactions.
• Lead data mapping and migration efforts for policy master, agency master, claims master, and related datasets.
• Contribute to data architecture, model design, extraction, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business and technical requirements.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

• 10+ years of experience in the Life Insurance and Annuities domain within the U.S. market.
• Strong understanding of Life Insurance functional and business processes.
• Expertise in life policy lifecycle and transaction workflows.
• Proven experience in data mapping and migration for insurance systems.
• Exposure to data architecture, model design, data extraction, and validation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid mode in the Dallas, Texas area.
