Job Title: SAP Consultant - Project Systems

Notes:We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS),and secondary focus in FI and Assets.

This candidate will analyze business processes, identify requirements, and ensure the effective implementation and integration of SAP solutions.

SAP BA for Project systems module with cross functional knowledge in FICO. This individual will need strong design, process and configuration knowledge

• Strong configuration and support of SAP PS structures: project profiles, WBS elements, networks, activities, milestones, and settlement rules.
• Deep understanding of PS–FI/CO integration: cost elements, cost centers, internal orders, settlements to assets, and profitability segments.
• Experience with capitalization flows (AuC/Asset), revenue recognition, and month-end closing impacts between PS and FICO.
• Ability to work with finance teams to align PS design with controlling structures, reporting needs, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience across the project lifecycle: budgeting, planning, cost tracking, confirmations, results analysis, and period-end closing.
• Proven ability to design and optimize PS processes for CAPEX, internal orders, and customer projects.
• Familiarity with S/4
  
  HANA PS capabilities and awareness of related modules (MM, PM) where projects consume materials or services.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, and workshop facilitation skills, especially when aligning finance, sales, and project management teams.
• Track record of leading design/blueprint discussions and acting as the “bridge” between business project managers, finance, and SD teams.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot cross-module issues and drive resolution without siloed thinking.
