Technical Product Manager - Senior

Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager with a strong passion for eCommerce and digital experiences. This role is ideal for a technically strong product leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and has experience delivering scalable, customer-centric web products across large organizations.

• Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through production launch and post-launch support
• Define and execute the roadmap for customer and employee digital experiences across consumer distribution channels
• Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience throughout the product lifecycle
• Partner closely with UX, engineering, analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver product requirements
• Lead large, cross-organizational software development initiatives
• Define and communicate functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for scrum teams
• Guide product development through requirements gathering, implementation, validation, launch, and ongoing lifecycle management
• Manage product planning, budgeting, financial considerations, roadmap development, and release management
• Ensure alignment with peer Product Managers and key stakeholders across the organization

• Technical Scrum Product Owner with B2C digital / eCommerce front-end experience
• Expertise across middle and lower acquisition funnels
• Strong understanding of Voice of Customer (VOC), data insights, and a bias for action
• Excellent storytelling skills—deep understanding of customer value (WHY), defining WHAT, and partnering on HOW and WHEN
• Background as a software engineer, with experience across the SDLC and 5+ years as a Product Owner post-engineering

• Strong technical background in modern web and microservices technologies
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional software development projects
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Experience working closely with UX and engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

• Prior experience as a software engineer before transitioning into Product Management
• Deep experience delivering digital front-end web products at scale
• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decisions

• Customer-focused and data-driven product leader
• Strong communicator and influencer across technical and non-technical teams
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, complex environments
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
