MOURI Tech is looking for an SAP MM / SD / FI L1 Support Consultant to provide first-level SAP application support, ensuring smooth day-to-day SAP operations for business users. The role involves incident handling, system monitoring, user support, documentation, and coordination with L2 and project teams to maintain system stability and performance.

Key

Roles & Responsibilities

SAP L1 Support Operations Provide L1 SAP support for SAP MM, SD, and/or FI modules.

Monitor SAP systems and respond to incidents and service requests.

Handle basic configuration issues, data-related queries, and transaction errors.

Incident & Service Request Management Log, track, and resolve incidents as per defined SLAs.Perform initial root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.

Escalate complex or critical issues to L2 / Project Teams with proper documentation.

User Support & Administration Support end users with SAP navigation, transaction usage, and access issues.

Assist with user administration, roles, and authorization requests (as applicable).Conduct basic user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Documentation & Knowledge Management Prepare and maintain:

User guides

SOPsIncident resolution documents

Ensure proper knowledge transfer and documentation updates.

Operational Excellence Ensure stable, efficient, and uninterrupted SAP operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and user satisfaction.

Eligibility & Experience

Experience:

1 – 1.5 years of hands-on experience in SAP L1 Support

Education:

Any Graduate Modules: SAP MM / SAP SD / SAP FI (at least one module mandatory)
Required Skills

SAP MM / SD / FI Module Knowledge Incident & Service Request Handling

SAP System Monitoring Root Cause Analysis (Basic)
End-User Support & Communication Documentation & Reporting Preferred Skills Exposure to ITIL processes

Understanding of SAP ticketing tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a support-oriented, SLA-driven environment#### Role and Responsibilities
