STIBO MDM Architect

Job Description:

Requirement/Must Have:

• 12+ years of experience implementing Master Data Management solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM.
• At least 3–4 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM.
• Proven experience in configuration, integration, and deployment of STEP solutions.
• Customer-facing experience with strong communication and leadership skills.

Experience:

• Experience designing Product, Supplier, and Customer data models.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical and functional teams.
• Experience defining data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Experience delivering scalable, enterprise-grade MDM solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM solutions.
• Guide project teams through all phases of STEP implementation using best practices.
• Lead requirements gathering and high-level design workshops.
• Collaborate with business analysts to design future-state business processes.
• Define data governance strategies, including policies, roles, responsibilities, processes, and controls.
• Prepare detailed technical and solution design documentation, including data migration approaches.
• Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules.
• Configure, build, and unit test STEP components such as data models, roles, workflows, and portals.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable MDM solutions.

Qualification and

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
