Job Description
- Functional Knowledge:
Ability to map business processes to Service Now workflows. Experience in requirement gathering and solution design. - Solution Design & Architecture:
Lead the design and configuration of Service Now applications across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, and other modules. Define technical standards, best practices, and governance for Service Now implementations. - Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Provide guidance on Service Now capabilities and recommend optimal solutions. - Technical Delivery:
Oversee development, configuration, and integration activities. Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security compliance. - Team Management:
Mentor and guide developers and administrators. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery. - Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on Service Now releases and new features. Drive automation and process optimization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Service Now architecture and data model. Hands‑on experience with multiple modules: ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request), ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), HRSD, CSM, GRC, Sec Ops, CMDB. Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and integrations (REST/SOAP).

$100,000-$140,000 per year
