* The ideal candidate will have experience implementing Coupa and/or Oracle Cloud systems*
- Lead the design, configuration, deployment, and continued support of supply chain management systems and applications. Collaborate with key stakeholders to set priorities and conduct short and long-term systems planning.
- Analyze current supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement system-driven solutions to enhance performance, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Oversee integration of supply chain systems with other enterprise platforms to ensure data consistency and operational alignment.
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement new systems, upgrades, or enhancements, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope. Ensure system quality and program standards meet objectives and desired results are achieved. Perform post-implementation evaluations in support of continuous process improvement.
- Provide advanced user support for supply chain systems, resolve complex user issues related to system functionality, performance, and user experience.
- Partner with supply chain, IT, finance and operations to align system capabilities with business needs and drive user adoption.
- Identify end-user training needs, develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure effective use of supply chain systems; maintain comprehensive system documentation.
Educational/Experience Level: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain systems management.

Skills:
Must be able to develop and maintain effective business relationships with internal clients as well as supplier representatives. Requires the ability to prepare and give effective professional presentations at all levels of the organization. Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Numeric
Skills:
Requires the ability to understand analysis involving ratios, percentages, economic order quantities and statistical methods.
Computer
Skills:
Requires advanced knowledge and computer skills related to the Oracle ERP inventory and purchasing models. Requires advanced computer skills for economic analysis (e.g. MS Excel), correspondence (e.g. MS Word), presentations (e.g. MS PowerPoint), and/or data retrieval tasks.
Physical Demands:
Requires occasionally performing activities including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning and/or lifting.

Conditions:
Works in an office environment with some domestic travel (10 to 20%).
