Pre-Sales Manager

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Delivery Manager, or Project Manager within an IT or software company
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, delivery models, and estimation practices
• Solid technical foundation and ability to engage with technical teams
• Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and business process analysis
• Excellent command of English (C1+), both written and spoken
• Strong analytical mindset, structured communication, and a client‑oriented approach

• Proficiency in an additional EU language besides English

• Collaborate with clients during the pre‑sales phase to understand business challenges, objectives, and success criteria
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for Solution Architects and delivery teams
• Contribute analytical and strategic insights across diverse industries and project domains
• Build strong, trust‑based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Support proposal development, solution presentations, and client demonstrations
• Perform in‑depth business analysis, including requirements gathering, gap assessments, and process mapping
