Technical Business Analyst

• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
• Organize and lead business requirements sessions, documenting minutes and managing follow-up actions.
• Craft comprehensive Business Requirement Documents to guide project development.
• Support the creation of Technical Design and Data Lineage Documents, ensuring they meet business objectives.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to business requirements and coordinating release schedules.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and meetings to gather and refine project requirements.
• Manage JIRA tickets, tracking issues and coordinating resolutions.

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in agile settings for 4+ years.
• Strong background in data analysis and troubleshooting, with a focus on writing technical documentation.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate meetings and maintain stakeholder relationships.

• Experience with SQL databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, and Mongo
  
  DB.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong facilitation skills to drive productive meetings and collaborative work sessions.
