Job Description
Requirement/Must Have:
- 10–15 years of SAP SD / OTC experience on SAP ECC.
- Strong hands-on configuration and troubleshooting expertise in SD/OTC processes.
- Experience with pricing, billing, shipment, delivery, and credit management.
- Strong understanding of ATP, pricing procedures, rebates, and EDI.
- Proven experience in integrated SD and cross-module dependencies.
- Ability to lead workshops and design validation sessions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience:
- End-to-end SAP SD OTC solution design and implementation.
- Mapping business processes from non-SAP systems to SAP ECC.
- Harmonizing business processes during migration to SAP ECC.
- Supporting template rollouts.
- Data migration design and support.
- Experience in Oil and Gas industry environments.
Responsibilities:
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for SAP ECC Sales and Distribution (OTC).
- Lead end-to-end SD/OTC solution design, configuration, validation, and delivery.
- Design and deploy complex pricing, billing, delivery, shipment, and credit management solutions.
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, MM, and technical teams.
- Conduct business requirement workshops, process walkthroughs, and design validation sessions.
- Perform AS-IS and TO-BE business process analysis.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization.
- Align SAP configurations with optimized business processes and controls.
- Serve as the primary interface between business users and IT teams.
- Provide clear documentation, recommendations, and status updates.
- Support project planning, risk mitigation, testing, and go-live activities.
Should Have:
- Experience in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
- Exposure to transformation and process re-engineering initiatives.
- Consulting or client-facing experience.

Qualification and
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
