Job Title: SAP Integration Project Manager – Techno-Functional

We are seeking a techno-functional SAP Integration Project Manager to lead interface-related work streams within a broader enterprise transformation program. This role is ideal for someone who understands SAP S/4

HANA from both a functional and technical integration perspective and can effectively communicate with business stakeholders to drive requirements, manage deliverables, and ensure alignment across teams.

This is not a hands-on development or deep technical architecture role. Instead, the successful candidate will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, managing interface-related projects and ensuring that data flows and business processes are well understood and supported.

• Lead interface-related work streams between SAP S/4
  
  HANA and surrounding systems (finance, operations, CRM, analytics)
• Understand and articulate business processes and data flows across integrated platforms
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into integration specifications
• Ensure interface designs support business functionality and operational needs

• Drive interface-related project planning, execution, and delivery
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
• Track milestones, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business and IT teams on interface topics
• Communicate project status, decisions, and dependencies clearly and effectively
• Align technical integration efforts with business goals and priorities

• 10+ years of experience in IT, including 5+ years in SAP S/4
  
  HANA environments
• Strong understanding of SAP functional modules and business processes
• Experience managing SAP interface projects and integrations
• Ability to interpret technical designs and explain them in business terms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field

• Experience in the Oil & Gas or similar asset-intensive industry
• Familiarity with integration platforms (SAP CPI, Mule Soft, Boomi)
• Certifications in SAP, PMP, or TOGAF are a plus
