Senior PM SOX​/SOC Migration

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Project Manager to lead SOX and SOC compliance deliverables for a large-scale data center migration project involving 60+ applications transitioning to the cloud.

This role requires strong project management expertise, experience in compliance-driven initiatives, and the ability to coordinate multiple work streams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex programs, working with C-suite executives, and ensuring compliance throughout application migration phases.

• Support compliance deliverables for SOX and SOC during application migration to the cloud.
• Maintain a comprehensive checklist for all applications and schedule stakeholder meetings for each migration phase.
• Collaborate with compliance delivery managers and program managers to provide detailed project status updates.
• Manage multiple work streams and coordinate across project managers in a matrix environment.
• Document scope, timelines, resource plans, and stakeholder lists.
• Lead project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Identify and manage risks/issues, elevate as needed, and ensure timely resolution.
• Track project progress, maintain documentation, and communicate updates through meetings and reports.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts including business cases, Gantt charts, work plans, stakeholder lists, communication plans, and risk logs.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Smartsheet for project tracking and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices and methodologies.

• 10+ years of IT project management experience.
• Proven experience managing SOX/SOC compliance projects.
• Experience with application migration as part of data center migration initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall methodology and project lifecycle management.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including executive leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams and coordinate across teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• 5+ years of experience in SOX/SOC compliance programs.
• Experience with data center migrations to Azure.
• Knowledge of cloud security and governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Planview, Jira, and Smartsheet.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
