We’re expanding our presence in Dallas and are looking for an entrepreneurial leader who wants to grow with us.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Director-level Mobile Consultant & Engineer with 12+ years of consulting and product engineering experience to lead mobile development on a high-visibility client account in Dallas. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll set technical direction, write production-grade code, mentor engineers, and partner with stakeholders including executives to align business needs with technical delivery.

In addition to delivery leadership, you’ll:

• Be onsite with the client 2+ days per week to guide delivery and build trusted relationships.

• Shape mobile strategy, best practices, and architecture across client engagements.

• Act as an account leader, identifying opportunities to expand our presence within the client organization.

• Contribute as a technology lead within Experient, helping mature our mobile capability.

• Play an entrepreneurial role in Dallas, building relationships and strengthening our presence in the region.

You’ll be trusted as both a builder and an advisor, delivering tangible outcomes while also shaping the vision for our clients, our mobile practice, and our growth in Dallas.

What You’ll Do

• Lead by doing:
This is a roll up the sleeves deliver role first. Design and develop mobile products (iOS & Android), writing high-quality code and conducting peer reviews.

• Drive delivery:
Take products from prototype to national rollout, balancing speed-to-market with long-term sustainability.

• Guide teams:
Coach senior engineers, elevate development practices, and foster a culture of technical excellence.

• Advise stakeholders:
Translate complex technical trade-offs into clear business recommendations.

• Collaborate broadly:
Partner with product, design, engineering, and client leaders to align vision, execution, and outcomes.

• Grow Experient:
Act as an entrepreneurial ambassador, expanding our brand and capability within the account and the broader Dallas area.

What You’ll Bring

• 12+ years of software engineering and consulting experience, with a focus on enterprise-scale mobile products.

• Deep expertise in iOS & Android development, including at least 5 years of React Native and cross-platform experience.

• Proven track record of taking multiple products from concept to launch and scaling to millions of users.

• Strong background in mobile architecture, cloud integration, Dev Ops, and modern engineering practices.

• Ability to balance hands-on coding, architectural oversight, and mentoring.

• Comfort engaging executives on strategy while rolling up your sleeves with engineering teams.

• Entrepreneurial mindset to help grow Experient’s Dallas presence and mobile practice.
