Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Now HRSD Product Owner to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the HR technology initiatives, you will have the opportunity to lead the functional design and implementation of innovative HR service management solutions.

Product Manager – Service Now HRSD solutions

Dallas, TX

$60–$65 on W2.

• Lead the functional design and implementation of Service Now HRSD solutions to enhance HR service delivery.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and ROI.
• Collaborate with HR leaders, process owners, and end-users to gather requirements and develop detailed user stories.
• Develop and execute testing plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate solutions before go-live.
• Ensure the delivered solution meets quality standards and business expectations, supporting continuous improvement.

• Minimum of 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience with the Service Now platform, specifically in HRSD implementations.
• Proven experience with at least two full‑cycle Service Now HRSD projects, including case and knowledge management, and employee service center.
• Strong understanding of employee workflows and practical experience designing and implementing complex processes.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with experience acting as a Service Now Business Analyst, Business Process Consultant, or Product Owner within Scrum or similar frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into technical requirements.
