The SAP MDG / SAP HANA Consultant will lead scope and change management activities across multiple IT projects within the Airlines industry.
The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders, manage change requests, maintain project documentation, and ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee scope and change management processes across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, manage changes, and maintain documentation.
- Monitor and control project changes to minimize risks and uphold quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between business units, project teams, and vendors.
- Utilize project management tools to track scope changes and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support project teams in preventing scope creep and adapting to evolving requirements.
- Provide expert advice on scope and change management best practices.
- Develop and maintain change management plans including impact assessments and risk mitigation.
- Track and report scope changes, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, current, and accessible.
- Act as a liaison for scope-related discussions and change implementations.
- Must have Airlines industry experience.
- Mandatory skill: SAP MDG (Technical).
- Strong experience in scope and change management across large IT projects.
- Experience collaborating with business units, project teams, and vendors.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to analyze risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level projects.
- Experience preparing and presenting reports to leadership.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
