* Job Responsibilities:

* * Lead and manage global IT infrastructure teams, including network, server, storage, and cloud operations.
* Execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and IT service management best practices.
* Ensure standardization of solutions across the organization
* Lead infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
* Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of all infrastructure components.
* Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
* Drive continuous improvement through automation, monitoring, and proactive maintenance.
* Collaborate with cybersecurity, application, and service management teams to ensure cohesive IT operations.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Participate in budgeting and cost control for infrastructure initiatives.
* Provide leadership and mentoring for infrastructure team members.

* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Proven experience managing global infrastructure environments (on-prem, cloud, hybrid).
* Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Hyper-V, VmWare, SAN configuration).
* Excellent communication and management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and project initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
** Preferred

Skills:

*** Certifications Microsoft .
* Experience with infrastructure automation and Dev Ops practices.
* Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR).
