- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives, including infrastructure upgrades, application implementations, cybersecurity initiatives, legal technology deployments, and process improvement projects
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and communication plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Information Security, Knowledge Management, Legal Operations, Finance, and external vendors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project scope, dependencies, risks, and issues, proactively recommending mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects adhere to firm standards for security, compliance, data privacy, and legal risk management
- Support change management and adoption efforts, including stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and post-implementation reviews
- Track and report project progress, milestones, and outcomes to IT leadership and firm management
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies, templates, and governance processes
