Job Responsibilities- Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
- Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using industry-standard tools (e.g., JMeter, Load Runner, Gatling).
- Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks, memory leaks, and performance issues.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to resolve performance issues and optimize application performance.
- Monitor system resources (CPU, memory, disk, network) during tests and provide detailed reports.
- Maintain and enhance performance testing frameworks and automation scripts.
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines for automated performance testing.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and tools in performance engineering.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- Experience:
Minimum 5 years in performance testing and engineering. - Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies (load, stress, endurance).
- Hands‑on experience with tools like JMeter, Load Runner, Neoload, Gatling.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# for scripting.
- Familiarity with APM tools (Dynatrace, App Dynamics, New Relic).
- Understanding of web protocols (HTTP/HTTPS) and distributed systems. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
