Job Description
The SAP EAM and Plant Maintenance Architect will lead the design, governance, and optimization of SAP enterprise landscapes, aligning business processes, regulatory requirements, and technology to deliver scalable and high‑performing SAP solutions.
Requirement / Must Have- Ten to fifteen years of SAP PM and EAM experience on SAP ECC.
- Strong hands‑on configuration and troubleshooting skills in supply chain management process areas.
- Proven experience in integrated PM and EAM with cross‑module dependencies.
- Experience supporting SAP template rollouts.
- Strong business process analysis and optimization capabilities.
- Ability to bridge business requirements with SAP functional solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Extensive experience working with SAP PM and EAM modules in enterprise environments.
- Experience in client‑facing or consulting environments.
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of SAP enterprise landscapes with a holistic view of business processes, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies.
- Partner with executives, business analysts, and operational teams to translate business requirements into SAP solutions and communicate architectural vision.
- Lead, manage, and monitor configuration and functional validation in SAP ECC environments.
- Establish and enforce SAP governance, standards, templates, and reference architectures.
- Provide technical and functional leadership for SAP transformations, migrations, and upgrades.
- Harmonize business processes for non‑SAP entities while migrating to SAP ECC.
- Plan and conduct business requirement workshops, process walkthroughs, and design validation sessions.
- Facilitate cross‑functional discussions to align business needs with SAP capabilities.
- Present solution options, trade‑offs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Perform current‑state and future‑state business process analysis.
- Identify opportunities for process standardization and efficiency improvements.
- Align SAP ECC configurations with optimized business processes and control requirements.
- Serve as a primary interface between business users, IT teams, and external partners.
- Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and provide clear documentation and status updates.
- Support project planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure timely completion of design, configuration, testing, and go‑live support activities.
