• Design, set up, and manage Open Shift clusters, including performance tuning and capacity planning
• Deploy and manage Open Shift on bare-metal and/or Virtual infrastructure
• Implement and manage ACM (Advanced Cluster Management) and ACS (Advanced Cluster Security) for Open Shift
• Automate tasks within Open Shift utilizing tools like Jenkins, Git, and Ansible
• Diagnose and resolve pod-related issues in Open Shift environments
• Configure monitoring on Open Shift clusters using Prometheus and Grafana
• Implement and optimize Open Shift Pipelines to streamline CI/CD workflows
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing support and technical guidance
• Create and maintain internal documentation for compliance and knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with the Architecture team, taking ownership of specific project tasks, including estimating timelines, delivering on schedule, and making adjustments as needed
• Anticipate potential risks and identify opportunities for optimization throughout the project lifecycle
• Work with Developer Hub to enhance developer productivity and streamline application delivery

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role within a service-oriented company, demonstrating an ability to understand customer needs, build relationships, and deliver exceptional service
• Strong knowledge of Red Hat Open Shift or Kubernetes (3-5 years of experience required)
• Strong knowledge of Linux (3-5 years of experience required)
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, CICD Pipelines, ArgoCD and Git
• Strong technical knowledge of microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with Kibana is a plus but not required
• Experience in Financial Services is a bonus

• 10+ years of strong experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure automation, and delivery management
• 5+ years of strong experience with Red Hat Open Shift
• Demonstrated leadership experience with cross-functional teams and technical solution delivery
• Expertise in financial or banking sectors is a plus, particularly in designing scalable solutions
• Proven experience building long-term client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
• Innovative mindset and a passion for exploring creative solutions while effectively managing risk
