IT Support, IT Business Analyst
Role Summary
We are seeking a Service Now consultant to support and advance our Clinical Device Management (CDM) capability. This role requires deep expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Field Service Management (FSM) within Service Now, ownership of ITSM processes, hands‑on platform development, and strong business engagement skills. This is not a task‑based or junior staff augmentation role.
Required Experience Enterprise Asset Management- Hands‑on experience with Service Now Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
- Asset lifecycle management (procure, deploy, maintain, retire)
- CMDB and asset data alignment
- Experience supporting Clinical Device Management or regulated asset environments
- Hands‑on experience with Service Now Field Service Management (FSM)
- Work orders, work order tasks, dispatching, technician workflows
- Integration of FSM with asset and ITSM processes
- Ownership of ITSM processes supporting product and service delivery
- Alignment of incidents, requests, changes, and work orders to asset and service models
- Workflow and automation configuration
- Catalog items and request flows
- Business rules, UI policies, scripting
- Reporting and dashboards
- Partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Translating requirements into well‑defined user stories
- Maintaining and prioritizing a development backlog
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Primary point of contact for stakeholders
- High engagement, accountability, and responsiveness
- Experience building Service Now portals
- Service Portal and/or Employee Center
- Custom widgets, branding, and UX optimization
This is a contract position based in Dallas, TX.
Pay & BenefitsPay range: $7.25 – $150.00/hr.
