DUTIES:
Design and develop Service Now solutions including Common Service Data Model (CSDM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and Configuration Management (CMDB). Provide strategic guidance, ensures compliance with Service Now best practices and lead platform transformations to support business objectives. Lead the architecture and configuration of the Service Now platform to automate internal ITIL processes. Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs, REST, SOAP, JSON, and MID Server technologies.

Provide technical leadership to development teams by ensuring adherence to Service Now best practices and coding standards. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Service Now applications. Evaluate new Service Now features and releases to assess their applicability to the organization’s environment. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement service management strategies that align with business goals.

Ensure platform security, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct process flow analysis and redesign to optimize Service Now workflows. Provide technical guidance for Service Now platform issues and mentor junior team members. Guide cross-functional teams through Service Now transformations by ensuring adherence to Agile, Dev Ops, and Service Now technical standards. Conduct workshops to promote platform adoption and data management best practices across enterprise teams.

Act as the primary liaison between implementation teams, vendors, and platform teams to ensure successful Service Now deployments. Apply knowledge of Service Now data models, table structures, and scripting (JavaScript). Design and implement workflows, business rules, and UI policies in Service Now. Collaborate with lead distributed teams.

REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a Bachelor degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronic Engineering and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation applying experience in Service Now platform administration and development including Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Common Service Data Model (CSDM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and Core platform;

applying knowledge in integration technologies including REST, SOAP, JSON, and MID Server; applying understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation within Service Now; applying knowledge of Service Now data models, table structures, and scripting (JavaScript); designing and implementing workflows, business rules, and UI policies in Service Now; collaborating with stakeholders and lead distributed teams.
