Description
This role is responsible for assessing endpoint equipment at distributor locations to ensure devices meet company standards. The technician will evaluate existing equipment and propose replacements, repairs, or updates as needed. This individual will coordinate recommendations with Regional Managers, open and manage service tickets, and assist the EUC team with imaging, replacements, and repairs when required. The role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders while maintaining a high level of customer service.

- Familiarity with networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- Experience installing and supporting productivity software (Office 365, antivirus, business applications).
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting using tools such as Teams, RDP, or Team Viewer.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause analysis and solution validation.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 – $26.00/hr.
