As a trusted advisor in digital transformation, we're expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled Fin Ops Implementation Consultant. This role is crucial for delivering successful deployments of IBM Cloudability and related Fin Ops solutions for our enterprise clients.

It requires a strong mix of technical expertise in cloud cost optimization, a deep understanding of cloud‑native environments, and exceptional client‑facing consulting skills. You'll guide customers through the entire implementation process, from initial requirements and architecture design to hands‑on integration, configuration, and knowledge transfer.

• Lead Implementation & Integration: Drive the end‑to‑end deployment of IBM Cloudability for multi‑cloud cost visibility, allocation, and optimization. Integrate data from public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and configure Kubecost for Kubernetes cost monitoring when applicable.
• Solution Design & Strategy: Conduct requirements workshops to understand clients’ cloud environments, governance models, and financial needs. Design and architect scalable Fin Ops solutions, implementing robust tagging and labeling methodologies to enable accurate chargeback and showback reporting.
• Client Engagement & Enablement: Serve as the primary technical point of contact during project delivery. Empower client teams through hands‑on training and mentorship on Cloudability and Kubecost features, administration, and best practices. Create clear documentation, including runbooks and operational workflows.
• Optimization & Value Realization: Help clients identify and quantify cost‑saving opportunities and drive a culture of continuous optimization. Translate usage and efficiency patterns into clear business narratives and recommendations, demonstrating the platform’s value to stakeholders.
• Advanced Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to integrations and configurations. Stay current with product roadmaps and new features for Cloudability

  , and the broader Fin Ops landscape to provide ongoing value to clients.

• Experience: 3+ years of hands‑on experience in cloud cost management or Fin Ops consulting.
• Demonstrated experience in a client‑facing role, leading enterprise‑level software implementations.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes administration (
  Open Shift, EKS, AKS
  , or GKE
  ) is a major plus.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their billing models.
• Proficiency in cloud cost tools, specifically IBM Cloudability

• Familiarity with Kubernetes cost tools like Kubecost and an understanding of their configuration and deployment.
