• 1‑2 years of Technical Support experience, preferably in Phone Support
• 2+ years of Customer Service experience
• Two‑year degree in Information Technologyса or related experience
• Knowledge of systems design and implementation in a database environment and technical aspects of personal computer environments
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Additional Technology Certifications
• Ability to learn quickly in a self‑directed environment with minimal supervision
• Strong work ethic and high level of initiative and efficiency
