WWRR includes business, product, program, operational, data, and software engineering teams, who together manage the lifecycle of returned and damaged products.

• Work closely with tech teams to support user acceptance testing (UAT) pre‑launch
• Work closely with program management and operations teams to create test and launch plans
• Own stakeholder communication for pilot and launch status and metrics
• Problem‑solve tool/user issues
• Manage stakeholder feature intake

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Excel and data management software
• Track record of taking ownership and driving results
• Experience analyzing data and metrics to support recommendations
• Problem‑solving ability

• Prior experience in a business or operations role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills

Salary range: see list below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
