WWRR includes business, product, program, operational, data, and software engineering teams, who together manage the lifecycle of returned and damaged products.
- Work closely with tech teams to support user acceptance testing (UAT) pre‑launch
- Work closely with program management and operations teams to create test and launch plans
- Own stakeholder communication for pilot and launch status and metrics
- Problem‑solve tool/user issues
- Manage stakeholder feature intake
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Excel and data management software
- Track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Experience analyzing data and metrics to support recommendations
- Problem‑solving ability
- Prior experience in a business or operations role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
