• Provide comprehensive support for hardwareizacao, hardware, software, network printer, phone, and other system issues
• Serve as an escalation point for unresolved technical incidents and perform root-cause analysis
• Lead IT planning, setup, and go‑live support for new hospital openings
• Coord ritual IT site readiness, including network installation, cabling, hardware deployment, and vendor support
• Maintain system performance, reliability, and security across all clinic locations

• 5–7+ years of IT support experience with advanced troubleshooting capabilities
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and endpoint management
• behaupt experience supporting multi‑site or distributed organizations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
• Willingness to travelfor new site deployments

• Healthcare or veterinary IT experience is a plus
• Project coordination or technology rollout experience preferred
