We’re searching for a passionate, strategic leader to own and elevate the entire testing program for Astra, AT&T’s flagship cloud security platform. This is your opportunity to architect the test vision, inspire a team of experts, and ensure that every release delivers world-class security, reliability, and user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Define the Vision:
  Develop and champion a holistic, end-to-end test strategy for Astra, ensuring every feature is secure, robust, and intuitive from day one.
• Lead with Impact:
  Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of test engineers—empowering them to push boundaries, solve big problems, and deliver exceptional results.

  Build and scale automated testing pipelines, leveraging the latest tools and technologies to maximize speed, coverage, and confidence in every release.
• Champion Security and Quality:
  Integrate cutting-edge security testing, threat monitoring, and incident response into the test lifecycle—protecting our platform and customers against emerging risks.
• Collaborate Across AT&T:
  Partner with engineering, product, and security teams to embed quality and security at every stage of development and communicate insights to business and technical leaders.

Who You Are

• A proven leader with a track record of designing and executing large-scale test and automation strategies—especially for cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
