Principal SAP EAM Consultant – Infosys Technologies

Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP EAM Consultant. As a Principal Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the terrain, configuration and deployment of the overall solution.

You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. The job requires sitting and working at a computer for extended periods, communicating by telephone, e‑mail, or face‑to‑face. Travel may be required to project/client locations.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty will be considered in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship. Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role.

• Extensive experience in SAP Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management implementation and support programs.
• Deep knowledge of EAM master data and processes (Functional Location, Equipment, Class & Characteristics, Work Center, Task List, Revision, Measuring Points).
• Work management experience in preventive, breakdown, corrective, and calibration maintenance.
• Strong expertise in S/4
  
  HANA EAM and familiarity with Intelligent Asset Management solutions such as SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) and Multi Resource Scheduling (MRS).
• Exposure to industry best practices and SAP product standards for EAM.
• Experience in end‑to‑end lifecycle activities: requirement gathering, business process design, SAP configuration, RICEFW functional design, system & integration testing, and production support.
• Ability to lead large programs, manage stakeholders, and provide strategic guidance.
• Knowledge of Intelligent Asset Management solutions and SAP Service and Asset Manager.
• Experience in automation and AI opportunities within EAM processes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to influence senior stakeholders.
