Job Title: Project Manager

Location: DFW Metroplex

Assignment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Compensation: 85k-90k

Work Schedule: 9:00am-5:00pm, Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

We are restructuring our Implementation Team to align with the proven model in another office, where Technical Project Managers play a key role in driving client success. We are seeking experienced Technical Project Managers with a strong technical background and hands‑on experience implementing SaaS platforms and ERP systems. In this role, you will lead the end‑to‑end implementation process for new customers, from understanding business requirements to configuring the company’s system, managing integrations with ERPs such as Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, and ensuring successful go‑live.

You will collaborate with customer IT teams to manage technical requirements, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and work closely with company developers to customize solutions as needed. This position requires strong project management skills to oversee multiple implementations, excellent communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, and the ability to translate complex needs into clear, actionable plans. This role blends technical expertise, SaaS and ERP implementation knowledge, and customer‑focused project management to ensure seamless adoption of the company’s automation platform.

• 2-5 years of project management experience
• Hands‑on SaaS or ERP implementation experience
• Strong communication skills

• PMP certified
• Industry experience
