Key Responsibilities:
Design scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and best practices for maintainability and reusability.
Evaluate and integrate modern tool stacks (CI/CD, reporting, version control) for seamless delivery.
Define automation strategy and governance aligned with business goals and organizational standards. Drive shift-left and in-sprint automation to enable early defect detection and faster releases.
Optimize regression suites and execution through prioritization, parallel runs, and ROI tracking. Standardize coding practices and mentor teams to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across teams.
Explore advanced automation capabilities like AI-driven self-healing and smart object handling for future readiness. Required skills &
Experience:
Multiple Automation Tools like Selenium / Playwright/ Rest Assured with solid experience in designing and implementing test automation framework
10 years of experience focused on Automation Testing, using tools like Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, jBhave etc
Experience in building Automation frameworks according to the business needs for both Web and Mobile Applications Certifications related to Automation testing tool/concepts Good interpersonal and communication skills, quick learner, Proactive with ability to solve challenging technical problems, good debugging capabilities
Strong skills in developing PoCs on multiple tools quickly and winning the prospects
Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to talk to both business people and technical people.
