What you’ll be doing :
  • Understand and participate in the design, development, and deployment of basic network configurations, servers, laptops, and mobile devices for our end-users, including client engagement team (CET), Technology Engineering (TE), Product Management, Human Resources, Finance, and other support services teams.
  • Set up and administrate configurations for anything relative to Office 365, OpenDNS, Lansweeper, Exchange, and Active Directory.
  • Create AP Help Desk Tickets and manage JIRA on the back end.
  • Administrate Azure and Office
    365
  • Support configurations deployment, including software and hardware upgrades on all networking devices that appear in a network environment, including routing protocols, network security, Wi‑Fi, and VoIP.
  • Consistently check manufacturers' guidance for upgrades.
  • Always make recommendations to help improve overall IT functions and solutions for your designated areas.
  • Support / administrate system backups
  • Monitor AV/AM, IDS, and logging operations
  • Maintain inventory control
What we look for in you:

Required Skills:
  • 3–4 years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator, including 1–2 years of hands‑on network troubleshooting experience (VLANs, routing, basic firewall concepts)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex, cross‑functional projects from initial concept through execution
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred;
    Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience considered
  • Strong experience administering and supporting Microsoft Active Directory
  • Hands‑on experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365, including:
    Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra  (Azure AD), Intune / endpoint management
  • Experience administering Microsoft Azure (core services, identity, networking, and resource management)
  • Strong security‑first mindset, with awareness of best practices for identity, endpoint, and network security
  • Excellent organizational, time‑management, and self‑direction skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities, including supporting users across multiple offices and remote environments
