Job Title
IT Support – Addison Group (On‑site, Longview, TX; 5 days a week; on‑call rotations)
Responsibilities- Provide phone‑based and deskside support for desktops, printers, and conference‑room technology.
- Troubleshoot a wide variety of hardware and software issues in a dynamic environment.
- Deliver strong customer‑first support and a proactive approach to problem resolution.
- Collaborate with the expanding IT team to ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly.
- Experience in IT support or a related role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to resolve diverse hardware and software problems.
- Proactive, team‑oriented mindset.
Full‑time. Salary ranges: $55,000–$80,000 (Addison, TX) or $41,909–$51,112 (Dallas, TX). Locations may vary.
