This position has an in‑office requirement 5 days a week – in Dallas or Plano, Texas but also open to other locations.
How you'll make an impactProgram Manager to support an enterprise‑wide Transformation Office. This role will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and managing key issues across multiple work streams, ensuring a smooth and efficient program.
Your future duties and responsibilities- Identify risks, dependencies, and synergies early ensuring proactive mitigation and smoother delivery.
- Own and track issues, driving resolution with key stakeholders.
- Conduct analyses to assess risks, dependencies, and operational impacts.
- Monitor progress against timelines and escalate roadblocks as needed.
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition.
- Lead high‑visibility, cross‑functional programs aligned to enterprise transformation goals.
- Use benefit‑based prioritization to ensure programs deliver financial impact, strategic alignment, and experience improvements.
- Collaborate across business, IT, legal, finance, product, and marketing teams to drive execution and resolve key issues.
- Track and communicate program progress, value realization, and change readiness to executive stakeholders.
- Support initiatives related to broadband lifecycle, value segment growth, and low‑income program development.
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within telecommunications or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills in matrixed or enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with executive reporting.
- Proven ability to influence, align, and deliver across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with benefit‑driven planning and transformation execution is strongly preferred.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit‑based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role.
Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $.
