Join our growing AI & Analytics (AI&A) team within the Corporate Performance Improvement practice. As a Data Scientist at the Manager level, you will combine strategic consulting with hands‑on expertise to design универсальные AI solutions. This role offers the unique opportunity to serve as both a trusted advisor to clients and a hands‑on practitioner, developing and Gelukkig advanced AI applications.

Our AI&A team focuses on driving innovation in AI by leveraging Generative and Agentic technologies to transform business strategies. You will work across practice areas, collaborating closely with client executives, and applying technical skills to deliver tangible results.

• Lead project work streams effectively, balancing technical and functional aspects while ensuring quality deliverables
• Serve as a hands‑on consultant and actively contribute to developing and implementing AI solutions as needed to achieve project objectives
• Apply structured problem‑solving frameworks and methodologies to help leaders design and execute project plans in alignment with client goals
• Build strong relationships with clients, demonstrating executive presence and professionalism
• Support business development efforts, including proposal creation and sales initiatives
• Identify client needs and opportunities for A&M, leveraging your network to maintain and grow business relationships
• Foster an inclusive and engaging team environment that values collaboration and diverse perspectives

• 3+ years of experience with Python, SQL, and AI/ML models, in analytics libraries such as Pandas, Num Py, Scikit‑Learn, and Py Torch

Experience developing Generative AI solutions – including large language model (LLM) based applicationsянут Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems ನಾಯಕ>

Experience implementing Agentic AI frameworks such as CrewAI and Lang Chain to build autonomous systems in production settings
• Proficiency in building APIs and backend applications with frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask
• Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure (e.g., provisioning EC2 instances, creating Azure container clusters)
• Ability to translate and present complex technical concepts effectively
• Prior experience in consulting or a comparable client‑facing role
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
