Alesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our CX Digital Marketing Practice
. This role plays a crucial part in delivering high-quality solutions across marketing communication platforms, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, while developing scalable, data-driven solutions.

• Collaborate with the delivery team to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Actively participate in technology discussions, solution design, and development activities.
• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy robust solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with customer needs.
• Analyze existing marketing platform instances and recommend improvements.
• Engage in agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement and grooming.
• Support integration and troubleshooting efforts using SFMC APIs.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
• Hands-on expertise with major SFMC components:
• Email Studio
• Journey Builder
• Contact Builder / Data Extensions
• Proficiency in:
• AMPscript
• SQL
• HTML / CSS
• SSJS (preferred)
• Experience with Marketing Cloud SOAP and REST APIs
  .
• Understanding of Salesforce CRM and its integration with SFMC (object replication, data sync, engagement tracking, etc.).
• Strong ability to interpret requirements, ask clarifying questions, and implement best practices.
