Responsible for implementing, improving, supporting, and leading the processes, strategies, communications, and tools for the AT&T Business Customer Contracts COE to drive operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
** What you’ll do
** May include but are not limited to:
* ** Internal Process Design & Implementation:
** Define, design and implement processes to improve contacting process for customers, sellers, and support teams.
* ** Project Management & Financial Oversight:
** Collaborate w/ business & technology partners and vendors to drive projects to online implementation.  Track expense and development budgets and present options for optimization
* ** Analysis & Reporting:
** Develop & maintain KPI dashboards and scorecards in partnership with Data Analytics team.  Identify performance gaps and recommend solutions
* ** Planning & Strategy:
** Manage roadmaps internal to Contracting COE and in partnership w/ Technology Partners.  Communicate initiatives and outcomes to the COE and partners.
** What you’ll need
*** Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science or Business.
* 7+ years of related experience.
** What you’ll bring
*** An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight to solve complex problems and drive organizational results.
* Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies.
* Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions.
* Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues.

Our Principal Tech Business Mgmt,  earns between $130,700 - $196,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. In0dividual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
