Job Description & How to Apply Below

Role Overview

Step into a role where you’re not just maintaining pipelines—you’re building the engine that powers an entire company’s innovation. As the CI/CD champion at a fast‑growing startup, you’ll shape how code moves from idea to customer, architect automation that scales across global teams, and introduce modern Dev Ops practices that elevate the entire engineering culture. This is your chance to own the pipeline end‑to‑end, experiment with cutting‑edge tools, and leave a visible mark on a product used around the world.

If you thrive on impact, autonomy, and the thrill of solving real engineering challenges, this role puts you at the center of the action.

We are seeking a CI/CD Engineer with a strong QA/automation background who can design, implement, and maintain our CI/CD pipelines and tooling. The ideal candidate will be US‑based, local to the DFW area, and comfortable working in a startup environment where adaptability and initiative are essential. You’ll work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure our development and deployment processes are efficient, reliable, and secure.

Over time, you will implement, manage and scale the CI/CD environment as our platform and team grow. Our development teams are in the US and India, so scalability and usability across the team is critical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support development and production environments.
  • Automated builds, testing, and deployments to improve delivery speed and quality.
  • Collaborate with QA and development teams to integrate automated testing frameworks into the pipeline.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize CI/CD systems to ensure reliability and scalability.
  • Own and evolve deployment processes, infrastructure‑as‑code practices, and release management.
  • Stay hands‑on with new tools and approaches to keep our processes modern and efficient.
  • Document systems and train team members on CI/CD best practices.
  • Coordinate and manage CI/CD processes across distributed development teams, including offshore development teams.
