The Role:

Ziflow has an immediate opening for a sales engineer. This is a full‑time, hybrid role in our office in Dallas. The role reports directly to the CRO. We’re a startup, which means there’s always lots to do. At a minimum, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with sales and other departments to deliver technical presentations that explain our products and integrations for prospective and current clients.
  • Resolve technical issues, helping with new product feature launches, and implement custom solutions using automations, etc.
  • Design, develop, deploy and handle customer‑specific proof points to support revenue goals and new customer adoption.
  • Assist with the functional and technical elements of pursuing new customers and supporting our existing customers as necessary.
  • Stay current on new feature releases and maintain updated demo spaces for sales.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a customer facing role with technology. Ideally pre‑sales, but may also be equivalent consulting, implementation, or sales enablement experience.
  • Demonstrable success working with enterprise clients.
  • Strong customer‑facing skills including the ability to influence technical and executive audiences towards the desired outcome.
  • Creative problem solver with an eagerness to learn new technologies and sufficient technical background to assist with lightweight custom solutions.

Nice to have

  • Hands‑on experience with project management platforms (, Asana, Click Up and/or Jira), web services, and APIs.
