Responsibilities:

• Perform enrollment activities for commercial, industrial, and residential customers
• Identifying, tracking and processing exceptions and issues
• Assist management and coworkers, following well-defined practices and procedures
• Demonstrate a solid commitment to all aspects of safety
• Conduct business-specific research, gather data, and compile reports and summaries

• Actively seek formal and informal learning opportunities to better understand procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters Degree
• Strong analytical skills, work ethic, independence, problem solving ability, effective communication skills, and over-all positive attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong computer knowledge and skills, including in-depth expert knowledge of spreadsheet, database, and word processing.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task while under pressure.
