At Orion, we are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support process improvement and system integration efforts by analyzing business requirements and coordinating with technical teams. This opportunity focuses on managing contract submissions, tracking status, and handling administrative tasks related to purchase orders (POs) and technical assessments.

6-month contract-to-hire;
Fully Remote (U.S. – Central Time Zone)

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

• Submit and track contracts, POs, and security assessments for imaging applications.
• Gather data for cost-benefit and ROI forms (support role, not lead).
• Daily monitoring of trackers and resolving outstanding requests.
• Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal teams.

• Junior to mid-level (minimum 1 year).
• Procurement or IT admin experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

• Google Sheets proficiency (critical).
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and communicate effectively.

• Service Now experience (ticket tracking/reporting).
• Smart Sheets familiarity.
• General understanding of imaging IT (training provided).
• Healthcare IT exposure (imaging applications, Mammography, Stroke).
• Quick turnaround: preliminary interview followed by team interview.
