Service Now Engineer Sr. Service Now Developer

We are seeking an experienced Service Now Engineer / Senior Service Now Developer with strong hands‑on development expertise and mandatory CSA and CAD certifications
. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in custom scripting, Service Now portals, UI frameworks, and Work spaces
, and will work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high‑quality Service Now solutions aligned with ITIL best practices.

• Design, develop, and enhance solutions on the Service Now platform.
• Perform custom scripting using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Service Now frameworks.
• Configure and customize Service Now Portals, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Work spaces.
• Develop and maintain workflows, flows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure platform stability, performance optimization, and adherence to Service Now best practices.
• Support deployments, upgrades, and ongoing platform enhancements.
• Follow ITIL processes and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Service Now development.
• Service Now CSA and CAD certifications Mandatory.
• Strong experience with:
  • Custom scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
  • Service Portal and UI customization
  • Agent Work spaces and custom Work spaces
• Solid understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM processes.
• Experience working in enterprise‑scale Service Now environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid onsite model (3 days per week).

• Experience with additional Service Now modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
• Exposure to integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server).

Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
