Qualifications
- Lead and execute end-to-end EDMCS implementations, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
- Spearhead the migration of existing Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM) solutions to EDMCS, ensuring data integrity, process continuity, and optimization of new EDMCS features.
- Serve as the technical expert for EDMCS, providing guidance on best practices, architecture, data governance frameworks, and integration strategies.
- Design and implement robust data governance processes within EDMCS, managing hierarchies, mappings, and viewpoints for various enterprise applications.
- Lead technical and functional workshops with customers, presenting solutions, gathering requirements, and driving design decisions.
- Develop and maintain integration points between EDMCS and other Oracle EPM modules (e.g., Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close) and non-EPM systems.
- Work effectively in an offshore/onsite model, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery across geographical locations.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Oracle EPM technologies, with a significant focus on data management and governance.
- Minimum of two full lifecycle EDMCS implementation experiences (from design to go-live) as a lead or key technical resource.
- Demonstrable and hands‑on experience in migrating from Oracle DRM to EDMCS, including technical challenges, feature mapping, and change management.
- Strong technical expertise in Oracle EDMCS, including:
- Application and Viewpoint configurations.
- Migration and Subscription mechanisms.
- Properties, Validations, and Hierarchy Management.
- Integration with other EPM applications and external systems (e.g., using EPM Automate, REST APIs).
- Excellent functional and technical knowledge of multiple Oracle EPM Cloud modules (e.g., EPBCS/PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EPRCS).
- Proven ability to lead customer‑facing discussions (both business and technical), articulate complex concepts clearly, and influence solution design.
