Job Title:
Performance Test Lead

Skills:
Java, Python, Gitlab, AWS, Kafka, Jmeter & Load Runner with Java-based users along with below performance testing and engineering.

Mode:
Hybrid - 3 days a week Onsite

Shift: General

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
• Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using industry-standard tools (e.g., JMeter, Load Runner, Gatling).
• Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks, memory leaks, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to resolve performance issues and optimize application performance.
• Monitor system resources (CPU, memory, disk, network) during tests and provide detailed reports.
• Maintain and enhance performance testing frameworks and automation scripts.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines for automated performance testing.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and tools in performance engineering.

Required Skills & Qualifications Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 5 years in performance testing and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies (load, stress, endurance).
• Hands-on experience with tools like JMeter, Load Runner, Neoload, Gatling.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# for scripting.
• Familiarity with APM tools (Dynatrace, App Dynamics, New Relic).
• Understanding of web protocols (HTTP/HTTPS) and distributed systems. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
